Service Renewal Cancellation

You may cancel your service subscription at any time. The currently scheduled services will be performed, and you will be charged accordingly. If you need to stop the service immediately without having the currently scheduled services performed, please send us an email at info@ezeels.com, and we will do our best to prevent the service from being performed. 

When will my discounts grow?

You will pay the discounted price shown on your checkout page for your first service. If you or someone in your service group invites additional users and they join, you will receive a new discounted price based on the applicable discount tier for that service on your next transaction. However, if the number of users in your group decreases, you may end up paying a higher rate for your next service, depending on the change in group size and the corresponding discount tier.

In the example above, when the first person purchases the service, they receive a 5% discount on their next service. If this first person then invites others, and three additional users purchase the service, the total group count becomes four. As a result, everyone in the group will receive a 10% discount on their next service. However, if two users eventually drop out of the service, the new group count will decrease to two, and the discount will revert to 5% for the next service.

 

What if I am not satisfied with my last service?

Once the service provider performs the service at your location, you will receive an email to either approve or reject the work. If you reject the last service, we will contact you to understand the reasons  for your decision and to assist in resolving any issues.

 

How does group purchasing work?

Each user purchases and manages their own services. When additional users join the service group, they, too, pay for and maintain their individual services. This structure offers the benefits of a group purchase discount while allowing each user the freedom to manage and pay for their own services.
