SERVICE RENEWAL CANCELLATION
You may cancel your service subscription at any time. The currently scheduled services will be performed and you will be charged for them for the last time. In case you need to stop the service immediately without having the currently scheduled services performed, please send us an email at info@ezeels.com and we will try our best to not have the service performed. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE DISCOUNT ON MY SERVICES
You will pay the discounted price shown on your checkout page for your first service. In case you or someone in your Service group invites more users and those users join, you will pay the new discounted price based on the discount tier applicable for that service on your next service. If the group user count decreases, you may pay more for your next service depending on the group size change and corresponding discount tier. 

In the above example, when the first person purchases the service, they get 5% discount on their next service. Now if this first person invites other users and let's say 3 more users purchase this service making the group count 4, everyone will get 10% discount on their next service. If, however, 2 users drop from this service eventually, the new group count is 2 and so the discount will drop to 5% on the next service.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY LAST SERVICE
Once the service provider performs the service at your location, you will receive an email to either approve the work or reject it. If, however, you do not reject the service, the service will be marked complete within 2 days. 
If you reject the last service, we will get in touch with you to understand the reason for rejection and help remediate the issue.

HOW DOES GROUP PURCHASING WORK

Every user purchases and maintains their own services. If more users join the service group, those users pay and maintain their own services. So it's the advantage of a group purchase discount but freedom of maintaining and paying for your own service.
